A Week Ago At Work My Hand Got Crushed Between

A week ago at work my hand got crushed between a metal post and a 80-100lb plate all the force went under my knuckle I had a blood blister form on my pointer finger and a bruise under the skin on my middle.. I was at work last night and tried to pick a heavy item up thing my hand was okay and felt a painful popping sensation in my middle finger and now it hurt again what do I do? With this heal on it own there still is no swelling
