A Week Ago From Today, I Only Had A Sore

A week ago from today, I only had a sore throat. On Sunday, I lost my voice entirely. It started coming back yesterday but I'm still on the quiet side. However, in replacement of my loss of voice, I now have a runny nose that I have to attend to every 5 minutes and a dry cough that gets worst at night and I end up coughing every few minutes. Should I see a doctor or is this just a cold that will pass eventually?
