A Week Ago My Neck Was Like I Had A

A week ago my neck was like i had a bad case of poroasis then it started moving up to my mouth, nose and this morning under my eyes. My face is very ichy but hurts and slightly swollen. Thank you for your time. I did not read the entire procedure. I think i will try the benadryl. I was just concerned that it might be a skin or blood infection. Thank you for your time
