A Week Before I Feel Off From A Higher Place

A week before I feel off from a higher place and I have a sprain . I just go to a physician to treat me and he did .what worries me now is I see a blackness underneath my foot I don't know it might be bruises but I've to be sure if the sprain cause gangrene .Tnx
