A Week Or Two Ago My Hip And Lower Abdomen

A week or two ago my hip and lower abdomen on both sides were hurting but more strongly on my right side. It was very painful to move or laugh and I had diarrhea. It went away mostly the next day and i did not worry about it. Then today it started again and this time the pain is worse especially when i touch my stomach or move certain ways. Should i be concerned or will it just go away again?
