A While Ago I Noticed A Lump On My Right

A while ago I noticed a lump on my right side/back rib cage area that was about the size of a pea. A few weeks later I noticed another lump similar in size and shape about an inch down from the first one. Now I feel like I have these tiny lumps all over my back/right side and also i have been experiencing some back pain in that area. Just curious if they are lipomas or something more serious.
