A While Back I Had A Colonoscopy And They Diagnosed

A while back I had a colonoscopy and they diagnosed me with acute Ulcerative Colitis. I was put on suppositories and Lialda. Now I am off the suppositories and I was supposed to continue my Lialda. I have been bad at taking my pills and I have been having very bloody stools (blood in the stool, in the water, and lots of blood on toilet paper). The different thing is, it is not painful at all. Help?
