What Could Be Causing A Whitish, Sticky Penile Discharge During Arousal For Over Two Years?

A whitish discharge comes out of my penis anytime I ease myself…it’s been happening for over two years now What should I do ? I think it is as a result of excessive masturbation I don’t experience any pain it just comes out when I’m easing myself and it’s as sticky and white as semen but it doesn’t smell like semen
