A Year Or Two Ago I Tried To Finger Myself.

A year or two ago I tried to finger myself. My finger went in a little bit and then I passed out & woke up all dizzy and disoriented and somehow I had bit my cheek really bad. I just wanted to know how this had happened or if it will affect me again in the future ?
