AFTER Mild Push/strain For A BM, I Am Experiencing An

AFTER mild push/strain for a BM, I am experiencing an odd pain that seems to wrap around my lower abdomen, from the lateral toward center. This doesn't happen during but after, and comes in a crescendo. The pain lasts about 20-30 seconds and does not feel like a gut pain or cramp, but rather similar to nerve pain I've had in the past with back strain.
