A.M. Is A 6 Year Old Male With A History

A.M. is a 6 year old male with a history of bruising easily, pain in the legs, and general lethargy over the past month. Today A.M. is brought to the pediatrician for an unexplained fever for the past 2 days. The nurse practitioner suspects that he has a virus, though she suggests ordering additional test to inverstigate the cause for the bruising. My questions are 1) what type of tests would be helpful to rule out the diagnosis of a cancer patient? 2) What type of cancer is A.M. at risk for at his age?, and 3) What type of cancer would A.M. most likely have?
