AP, oblique, lateral view of the right foot demonstratesDJD the midfoot with dorsal osteophytes off of the Lisfranc jointon the lateral view. This is more advanced than seen on the leftfoot. There appears to be a subchondral cyst in the head of thefirst metatarsal which is only seen on the AP view. Milddegenerative changes are seen in the first metatarsophalangealjoint. Also on the side is seeing a bunionette deformity with anincreased 4-5 intermetatarsal angle. Lateral view alsodemonstrates a small calcaneal spur. There is a bone island inthe anterior process of the calcaneus
