Aafter a 2 mile run with 30 pull ups and 30 dips my heartrate is 95 BPM one hour after (post) work out. General search results from the web seem to suggest anything over 100 BPM after 30 mins is a cause for concern. What is your take on this? My resting rate is between 57-64 BPM. I am a 38 yr old male.
