About 10 Weeks Ago I Dislocated My Left Shoulder And

About 10 weeks ago I dislocated my left shoulder and so started to depend on my right shoulder more. About 3 weeks ago I noticed that every night my right shoulder starts to feel really uncomfortable and stiff. I do, sometimes, sleep on this shoulder. What can I do to end the discomfort?
