About 15 Years Ago While I Was Washing Dishes At

About 15 years ago while I was washing dishes at the sink I was temporarily paralysed in my upper body & had collapsed on the sink for support until it passed after about a minute.
A couple of months ago I experienced the same thing & now it seems to be happening every week or so.
As I was born with servere hip dislocation & deformity of my left hip I'm thinking it is something to do with wear & year on my spine.
Any ideas?
