About 2 Days Ago I Went To The Bathroom To

About 2 days ago I went to the bathroom to pee & it burned and stung really really bad. I didn't think anything about it..
The next morNing I woke up and I was itching super bad down there and nothing helped stop the itching. A few hours later I went to the bathroom and before I started peeing it started itching again so I scratched it. Not with my fingernails but just my finger.. I noticed my labia minora was very red, swollen, and hard..it also looked like my skin was cracking and felt like leather and very dry.
It is so painful to walk, sit, pee, anything. It's SO annoying and hurts and stings so bad.
I got some hydrocortisone cream and put that on tonight. I don't know what to do...
what is this? What caused it? How do I get rid of it???
