About 2 Months Ago I Was Throwing Some Boards Out

About 2 months ago I was throwing some boards out at the trash dump and later that day my right forearm started getting sore and as the night and days went by it just kept getting worse and it got to where I'm not able to turn it,twist it or even lift or pick up anything real heavy, and now the past 2-3 days it's been getting way worse. Now I can't use it at all with out the pain unbearable can't even hold a can drink, the pain is just none stop even when I'm sitting down. I have a very high tolarence for
