About 2 Weeks Ago I Got Very Weak And Nauseated.

About 2 weeks ago I got very weak and nauseated. I had diarrhea and hurt all over really bad. I assumed it was a stomach bug. After a week the symptoms seemed better. However I have still been overly tired. On Friday I felt horrible again. Weak, nauseated and super tired. It has continued all weekend and now into this week. It took everything in me to get up and show houses to my client on Saturday and Sunday. I have also had no appetite and a dull headache and my poop has has changed colors and had what looked like blood in it several times. I went to the doctor today and he ordered blood work. He never examined me nor did he get a stool sample. I would appreciate another's doctor's insight. I have so much to do and have no time for this... Help.:(
