About 24 Hours Ago, I Fell Backwards Onto My Concrete

About 24 hours ago, I fell backwards onto my concrete porch. I did not lose consciousness, nor did I experience any physical symptoms other than a headache. The headache has gotten a little worse and my neck hurts a bit when I tilt my head back. My ears feel clogged as well. Any suggestions?
