About 3-4 Weeks Ago I Developed A Mild Fever With

About 3-4 weeks ago I developed a mild fever with aches and pains typical of a viral infection. A stayed in bed for three days then went back to work, perhaps a lot sooner than I should have. I have been dragged out tired, sometimes with migraines for the past few weeks. I was previously diagnosed as having low iron although I am normally very high energy. I was prescribed FeraMax Iron supplement a couple of years ago but did not have the discipline to keep up with the therapy. I felt great, until this infection. It seems to have knocked the wind out of me and my family is complaining about how pale I am. So, I started taking FeraMax again, one a day for the past 6 days or so. Just now, without warning, my urine was completely dark reddish brown! Scared the bejabbers out of me! I do not feel any discomfort or back pain, no other symptoms. Could this be the result of taking iron? It never happened before. Advice?
