About 3 Days Ago I Developed Itching & Burning In

About 3 days ago I developed itching & burning in my genital area. Very slight discharge, light brown, maybe some pink. It's getting worse, almost unbearable. Also seems like it's affecting my upper thighs surrounding that area. Feels a little swollen as well. Does not hurt to urinate, but when urine gets on that area it burns. Any suggestions? Dr. Office closed until Monday, going to be a long weekend! Thank you.
