About 3 Months Ago I Started To Feel A Sharp

About 3 months ago I started to feel a sharp pain that occurred on and off almost like I had been cut by glass when I touched my clitiros or the area around it. Lately the pain has become more frequent and I can feel a small hard lump that moves but it's not always present. I'm really worried please help
