About 3 Week Ago I Began Having What I Thought

About 3 week ago I began having what I thought was a sinus infection: cough/phlegm, pressure in head, bad headache, and earache. It slowly turned into runny/stuffy nose, with still all of the other symptoms. The symptoms began to become tolerable when I now for the past 3 days have a bad sore throat on the left side, same side as earache, and bad headaches causing vomiting. What is going on?
