About 3 Weeks After Having An Epidural And A C-section

About 3 weeks after having an epidural and a c-section I have been having random moments when My heart will beat so hard that i feel it all the way through my back down to where the epidural was injected. This pain hurts so bad that I can't move and hurts to breath, and along with the pain I get a numbing and stinging feeling please help me
