About 3 Weeks Ago, I Had A Long Spell Where

About 3 weeks ago, I had a long spell where i thought i had a uti and home treated it, got almost cleared but wouldnt fully clear went to the doc and they said i was showing an infection and gave me antibiotics cleared up but they didnt run a culture. A couple days later started burning when i pee again but different feeling. Burn only occasionally. I notice my urine is cloudy sometimes as well. Now poo is burning. I havent had and spicy foods. I took an at home uti test and it say i have high leukocites but no nitrates. I hope i am not developing ic. What do you think? Also, i do have oab but has been bad till lately. I am 41.
