About 3 Years Ago I Had 2 Wisdom Teeth Pulled

About 3 years ago I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled on my left side. Since then, I have lip, gum and chin numbness on my lower left side. The Oral surgeon said I had oral paresthesia and recommended I see a neurologist (which I did not). Other than surgery, are there any remedies?? I was trying to get some information about this on the internet....I take multi vitamins that have b12. I am also on warfarin . . . Thank you.
