About 5 Days Ago I Experienced What I Believe To

About 5 days ago I experienced what I believe to be a miscarriage I was bleeding heavier than I ever have and passed to large peices of tissue and had severe cramping and some lower back pain. My bleeding slowed down the next day but I have been really tired still bleeding i have a headache, some nausea and cramping and now my feet ankles and fingers are swelling should I be concerned
