About 6 Days Before I Normally Get My Period I

About 6 days before I normally get my period I had one day of light bleeding (bright colored blood) with no cramping or other signs of having my period. It is now 7 days after I would have normally had my period and I still havent gotten it. I am a virgin so theres no way I could be pregnant. I guess Im just wondering if that one day of light bleeding could have been my period or if something else is going on. I normally have pretty regular periods and the most Ive ever been late is probably 4 days at the most.
