About 6 Months Ago My Right Elbow Began To Ache

About 6 months ago my right elbow began to ache and feel warm to the touch. When tring to pick up an object, there would be pain. I went to the dr, xray done, not broke, but the bone that is above the elbow is now sticking out. Had an injection in the elbow area but within 3 weeks the pain is back. Now 3 months later the left elbow is aching and warm to the touch. Same pain, same area, any ideas
