About 7 Years Ago, I Broke My Growth Plate In

About 7 years ago, I broke my growth plate in my ankle and ended up needing a screw put in. A year after that, I had the screw taken out and battled a few problems. A year after that, I broke that same ankle again and once I was out of the cast, I again, was still having major problems. 11 months ago, I had an ankle arthroscopy done and the doctor said he cleared it all out. 5 months later, I had a cortisone injection and I am sitting here wanting to work out but the pain is so bad it is often difficult to walk.
