About A Month Ago I Developed A Strange Sensation In

About a month ago I developed a strange sensation in the soles of both feet. It feels like something is stuck to them. There's no pain but it's annoying and troublesome. It is mostly toward the front of my feet (balls, toes) but if I flex my foot I can feel it across the length of my foot. I'm worried.
