About A Month Ago I Had A Fever With A

About a month ago I had a fever with a high of 104, after my fever I got a terrible cough that lasted for three weeks and after that I got a stuffy nose, which I still have and have had for about three weeks. I cannot breathe through my nose because of my congestion. About a week ago though, my eye started twitching and I've gotten horrible headaches everyday since. My ears have been popping every time I blow my nose or sneeze. I hold in most of my sneezes because I don't like sneezing in public and I don't know if that could be the cause, but I'm curious if my headaches, cough, stuffy nose, eye twitching, and ear popping is related and what I should do to stop them.
