About A Month Ago I Was Prescribed Diclofenac For Osteoarthritis.

About a month ago I was prescribed diclofenac for osteoarthritis. It is helping with the arthritis, but my blood pressure is elevated and my primary doctor is prescribing 25 mg of chlorthalidone. Is it possible to control the inflammation by diet? I would prefer to do that and drop both of these medications.
