About A Month Ago I Was Tested And Treated For

About a month ago I was tested and treated for Syphilis. I was given one shot. Before treatment I experiences soreness in my knee and hip. I also had spots on my body. Today I still have some tenderness in my knees abs sometimes in my hip. While the spots on my hands and feet have gone away I still have them on my hips and underarms. Are these things normal?
