About A Month Ago A Dark Black Spot That Itches

About a month ago a dark black spot that itches appears outside my right ear. I went to the dermatologist and was told that it might be allergic reaction to ibprophen and that if I stop taking it that the mark shoul go away. That hasn't been the case infact it's seems to be getting bigger.
