About A Month Ago My Urine Test Came Back With

About a month ago my urine test came back with red blood cells. Dr gave me a script to retake didn't go due to family illnesses stupid I know. Yesterday afternoon I had pain in my vagina when I urinated and this morning only I had white threads in my urine. Called my dr and went this afternoon for a repeat urine test and culture of the urine. I'm freaking out this is serious??
