About A Month Ago, When I Woke Up In The

About a month ago, when I woke up in the morning, I felt pains in the left side of my neck. I could not turn my neck that day; however, pains ceased somewhat after taking pain medicine. Unfortunately, the pains still remain - not too severely. I would like to know what I should do to relieve the pains completely. Thank you.
