About A Week Ago I Had A Cold You Know

About a week ago I had a cold you know the occasional runny nose, sniffle, cough/sneeze etc.
Now I feel better but just stuck with the random coughs.

5mins ago I sneeze and my chest really hurt. This never ever happened to me.
It felt like maybe my heart or something was getting pull.
