About A Week Ago I Had Sex With Some One

About a week ago I had sex with some one new. We used a condom the first time. The second time we didn't. It was at an awkward angle, and he is pretty big as well. It hurt when it happened, so we stopped. In the morning we had sex again, protected. I remember it was sore. It was uncomfortable afterwards, but I figured it would go away. Yesterday I noticed it was really painful. My left labia is red and slightly swollen towards my vagina. It painfully burns after I urinate. It also hurts to sit or walk sometimes. I took a closer look and it seems like dark red scratches near the base of my left vagina where all the pain is. Should I be worried it's something more than an infection? Ive had bad reactions to condom lubricant before but never this bad. I have no smell or discolored discharge. It's just really painful. Is there anyway to soothe the pain? I'm new to the area, so I don't have a doctor I can go to. I'm 22. I was recently tested for STD's in May and was clean. I've only had two sexual partners after being tested. The first tested clean as well. This incident is the second person I've had intercourse with. I haven't been sexually active since.
