About A Week Ago, I Noticed An Unusual Lumpy Vaginal

About a week ago, I noticed an unusual lumpy vaginal discharge and a strong smell (kind of like ammonia) initially I thought it was thrush as I was a bit itchy as well but a couple of days later I started bleeding. I had my period on the 5th of October and shouldn't be due on again for almost another 2 weeks.
I've been bleeding for 3 days now, its very heavy and bright red and the smell differs from day to day. Some days its hardly noticeable and others can be quite overwhelming but it's always there. My Mother thought I was having a miscarriage but Im quite certain Im not pregnant and am in no pain though I do feel a bit of pressure on my lower abdomen and have an increasing sense of nausea. I also haven't noticed any clots or tissue in the blood. Should I be worried? I don't know if I should see a doctor as soon as possible or wait to see if the bleeding stops.
