About A Week Ago I Noticed Spots On Both Of

About a week ago I noticed spots on both of my breasts that were really really itchy. They're about half-a-dime-sized. I did not scratched them or applied anything on them; I wanted them to go away by themselves. I noticed that some of them were scabby, kind of peeling. Today after waking up I noticed new spots on my upper arms. These are pinpoint sized and a brighter red. Within an hour they spread to my lower arms and some are a little bigger and are also scabby. I am NOT using any new products (detergent, body wash, lotion, clothing, etc.). It's making me anxious because I don't know what it could be. I don't have insurance and am unemployed at the moment so if I can prevent going to the doctor's office I want to do that. Please help.
