About A Week Ago I Started Having Sharp Pain On

About a week ago I started having sharp pain on the right of my chest and right shoulder...it has caused me to lose sleep - I can not lay on my right side and some other sleeping positions hurt. I'm noticing that going up a couple of flights of stairs causes me to get out of breath. Coughing and hiccups cause the pain to be sharp in the right of my abdomen.
