About A Year Ago I Got Mono. The First Sign

About a year ago I got mono. The first sign was my tonsils enlarging with a ton of puss! I had mono for about 7 months until I finally started feeling better but my tonsils never went back to normal. For longer than a year I've been struggling with pussfilled tonsils on and off, sore throats and I've just noticed a cluster of bumps below my tonsils. Should I be concerned?
