About A Year Ago I Was Hit Hard With Vertigo

About a year ago I was hit hard with vertigo that was so severe I don't remember much from the first two weeks of it. I finally was able to get a handle on it about three months in. No one could figure it out. Then the rash came, at the base of my skull and behind my ears. Nothing helped it but time. Lasted a couple of months then went away completely. I still get moments of severe vertigo but nothing like the initial onset. Now the rash is back along with a headache and my whole face and neck feels itchy but rash is only on base of skull, I am really tired all the time and I have a lot of hair loss. Doctors don't seem to know what to look for. I am at a loss. Any ideas where to go from here?
