About an hour ago I experienced the following symptoms.. Slow breathing and heart rate then it felt like my body was boiling from the inside out and I was completely conscious but unable to move any part of my body. It lasted about 7 minutes and I couldn't remember the thoughts in my head. Now my body feels completely drained and it is very hard to concentrate. I have never experienced this before and it was extremely terrifying
