About An Hour And A Half Ago I Ate A

About an hour and a half ago I ate a protein bar from a healthfood store. Within minutes I was feeling a reaction, which began with slight stomach distress and feeling flushed/hot. Soon I was sneezing profusely, my eyes were watering and I got itchy all over. I recognized an allergic reaction ( I am allergic to shellfish) and took a Loratadine, as the symtoms were not very severe at first. Within 151-30 minutes though, I needed to take 2 Benadryl. The roof of my mouth is tingly, my ears are clogged, and I cannot breathe through my nose at all. Right now my head feels like I have a severe cold and my eyes are swelling a bit. I can breath through my mouth though. I'm wondering if I can take a decongestant to help with the swelling in my nasal passages?
