About Every 2 Weeks I Have A 24 Hour Period

About every 2 weeks I have a 24 hour period that begins with sulfur burps followed by several trips to the bathroom which eventually becomes diarrhea. The first time this happened I also had severe pain in my stomach for the first several hours. That was 2 months ago. I have not had the pain again. On 2 occasions I have had nausea and vomited several times. No fever or chills.
