About Four Weeks Ago I Developed A Rash With Itchy

About four weeks ago I developed a rash with itchy bumps just under the skin along the back of my neck, behind my ears and over my head. It seems to be slowly spreading down the sides of my shoulders. I have tried numerous products for heat rash and applied an ice pack but nothing worked. I have no other symptoms.
