About One Hour Ago My Husband's Demeanor Changed At Dinner.

About one hour ago my husband's demeanor changed at dinner. He was acting tipsy even though he had nothing to drink. He also seemed to not be focusing. He got up and stumbled and fell cutting his head. He is refusing to let me call 911. He got up to bed but as not seeming to be balanced walking. I took his blood pressure, he's on meds new ones but this So about his range 153/81 and his pulse is 66. He's looking pasty but says he's fine, still not speaking like he's ok
