About One Month Ago I Started Using Estrace Cream Three

About one month ago I started using Estrace cream three times a week because of painful intercourse. After about 2 weeks I noticed a yellow cheesy vaginal drainage with itching. I stopped using the Estrace hoping that the symptoms would subside. I continued with the symptoms and purchased OTC Miconazole Nitrate. The drainage has stopped after the treatment, but I continue to have itching and burning outside my vagina and my clitoris is swollen. Can you help?
